Maruti Swift CNG Set for September 12 Launch: Expected Price Hike of ₹70,000 to ₹90,000 Over Petrol Variant

Maruti Suzuki recently introduced the new generation Swift in May 2024, and now, the company is gearing up to launch the much-awaited CNG variant of the popular hatchback. According to reports, Maruti Swift CNG is expected to make its debut soon, providing an eco-friendly alternative to petrol.

Maruti Suzuki is preparing to expand its hatchback lineup with the addition of the CNG variant for the latest Swift model. Media reports suggest that the company is likely to launch the CNG version in the near future.

The Maruti Swift CNG is expected to come equipped with the all-new Z series 1.2-liter, three-cylinder engine. In CNG mode, this engine is capable of delivering 69 PS of power and 97 Nm of torque, offering a balance of performance and fuel efficiency.

Features and Safety

The CNG variant will carry over the features from the petrol version, including standard safety options like ABS, EBD, and six airbags. Additionally, it will boast modern tech features such as wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, a 17.78 cm infotainment system, and digital AC, ensuring a premium experience for its buyers.
