Two New Motorola Phones Set to Make Waves

Motorola's latest handset offerings are causing quite a stir among users, prompting the company to swiftly introduce new smartphones. Recently hitting the market was the Motorola Edge 50 Pro, which became available for sale starting April 9. Adding to its Edge series, Motorola is now gearing up to unveil the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra. Additionally, the company is set to launch the highly anticipated Motorola G64 5G. While the official launch dates for these phones have not been confirmed, they've already made their presence felt on the Geekbench benchmarking platform.

The Geekbench listing for the Moto G64 5G reveals impressive performance, scoring 1026 points in the single-core test and 2458 points in the multi-core test. The phone is expected to feature an octa-core processor with a 2+6 core configuration, clocked at 2.5GHz for the performance core. It will also boast a PowerVR BXM-8-256 GPU and be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 chipset. With 12 GB of RAM and Android 14 OS, the Moto G64 5G promises a smooth user experience.

Meanwhile, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra has garnered attention with its Geekbench scores of 1947 points in the single-core test and 5149 points in the multi-core test. This powerhouse will sport an octa-core chipset with an Adreno 735 GPU, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset paired with 12 GB of RAM. Running on Android 14 out of the box, the Edge 50 Ultra is poised to deliver top-notch performance. The device is rumored to feature a 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup, raising expectations for stunning photography capabilities. Some reports suggest that this phone could be a rebranded version of the Motorola X50 Ultra set to launch in China.
